YOU DID THE WORK. GET PAID.

Get paid for the sale you already made.

When a claim is denied or only partially approved, the homeowner may be frustrated and you can be left carrying the conversation after you already made the sale. HCN may purchase an eligible opportunity from you. If we agree on the terms, you collect payment and can step away from pursuing that opportunity. The homeowner can discuss HCN’s services without paying an upfront service fee.

No more chasing this opportunity. Get paid under the written purchase terms and put your time back into signing your next customer. Every opportunity is reviewed individually; a purchase happens only if both sides agree to the terms.

  • A homeowner you already signed up
  • A denied or partially approved Texas property claim

Share homeowner information only with their permission. HCN buys an eligible opportunity from the contractor under a separate written agreement. The contractor does not own or transfer the homeowner’s insurance claim. The homeowner’s permission is required before sharing information.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
send it in.

What can I submit?

Denied or partially approved Texas property claims may be eligible. We review each one individually; submission does not guarantee a purchase or payment.

Do you accept claims outside Texas?

This intake is for Texas property opportunities. We can’t promise every Texas submission will qualify.

How does the purchase work?

HCN reviews qualifying denied and partially approved opportunities submitted by contractors with the homeowner’s permission. If HCN agrees to purchase an eligible opportunity, we’ll give you written terms. The agreement explains exactly what is being purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the homeowner’s insurance claim.

When do I get paid?

If you accept HCN’s offer, payment follows the written purchase terms. Not every submission will receive an offer.

Do I have to use a public adjuster or appraiser?

Homeowners pay no upfront fee for HCN’s services. Public adjusters and appraisers provide different services and may charge for their work.
